i reached out to support about my order, but it still hasn’t been sorted out. it’s been frustrating and not really what i expected.

The styles just felt kind of plain and outdated to me. Not really my vibe. I tried reaching out to support to see if there were better options or suggestions, but I felt like I kept getting sent in circles without a clear answer.

I was ready to buy, but once I saw the prices, I had to pause. They just felt a bit too high for what was being offered. I’m careful with what I spend, so I checked a few similar options elsewhere and found better deals quickly. Maybe it’s worth it for some people, but for me, the pricing didn’t feel fair enough to go through with an order.

I couldn’t tell what was genuine and what wasn’t, so it made me hesitate on ordering. Maybe the site is totally fine, but I just didn’t feel great about it.

It arrived broken right out of the box, so I couldn’t even use it. I figured this would be a simple return or replacement, but it felt like the goalposts kept moving with what I needed to do next. Frustrating experience for something that was useless from the start.

I ordered from shopdakotaridge.com the other day, mostly because I was already online looking for a couple things and ended up checking their site while drinking my morning coffee. The order was mostly right, but one of the items came in the wrong size. Everything else showed up as expected, and the packaging was totally fine, no issues there. I emailed them about it, and it took a little while to get it sorted out, which was kind of annoying but not the end of the world. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. I might order again, I’d just hope they double check the sizes before shipping next time

I ordered from Dakota Ridge and had a question about the shipping email because it just sat there without updating for a couple days.

I reached out to customer service and they replied the same day. Nothing over the top, just a simple answer, but they actually checked my order and cleared it up for me.

I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking confusion felt kind of unnecessary and could’ve been clearer from the start. Still, the support was friendly and quick, so overall it was a decent experience...
